The Co Mill is used for a wide range of products and applications. It can be used for mixing and dispersing, size reducing, separating, bulk density adjustment, Uniform sizing of wet granulation, Size reduction and sieving. The typical particle size distribution (PSD) is tightly contained with the 1 mm Sieve to 0.25 mm Sieve range (18 mesh to 120 mesh), depending on the screen and impeller choices. Traditional milling technologies do not have the same control over the PSD resulting in more fines & thus causing more of dust whereas in a Co Mill the fines generated are much lesser & no dustings of materials thus giving a better and efficient milling results.

Multimill is designed to utilize the principle of variable force swing beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to control the particle reduction, material fed in to the processing chamber where it comes in contact with blades rotating at high speed. Differentially edged (Flat & Knife) Blades in desired direction of rotation achieve shear radically and tangentially. Material entering the chamber is imparted to the periphery & passes through the circular screen tangentially and radically achieving size reduction.

Vibro Sifter is multilayer screening unit to separate mass composition of solids from solids, liquid from solid and gradation of materials in accordance with their shapes & sizes. Mostly found useful for the applications in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, drug, detergent, etc. Machine works on the principle of vibration achieved by means of vibratory motor. Screening unit consist of S.S. screen sandwiched between S.S. Hopper & Bowl with the help of special clamp & food grade gasket. The material is fed on to the centre of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The oversize material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet by specially designed Vibratory Motor along with eccentric Top and Bottom Weights.
