Machine Tools Projects

I run a dryer manufacturing unit. I now Require an Equipment like Endwall Derrick or Davit system to be installed permanently over Cooling tower which will remove, lift and transport gearbox, motor, fan assembly etc from tower top to ground. this is a once in a year or max once in six months activity, so it can be very basic and a mechanical arm will suffice. Equipment to have chain pulley arrangement to fit vertically as well as transport the material horizontally over a distance and lower it. After the maintenance is done, the arm will place the hub back on the system. I want a design consultant to give me the drawing/ procedure to design such an arm and I can get it installed. He should consider the weight and movement reqd calculations....

We want to start a industry of Cutting wheel & Grinding wheel of different sizes & different grades. We require a consultant who can help us with the detailed information regarding machines, Raw materials, technical details & process, Power required etc....

I am into require technical consultants for manufacturing GRP housing and FRP composite molded fiberglass. The consultant will have to guide us with the right machinery for making the housing units, any new design that could be incorporated and help in procuring the machinery at best prices....
